I design for high-stakes work: operators fixing payments against a cutoff, teams changing rules that move billions. My work spans research, interaction design and usability testing through to specs and delivery, so designs ship the way they were intended.

Lately I’ve been building AI agents into my workflow for test scripting, research synthesis and spec generation, so I can spend more time with users.
